About The NFFSJ Chapter

Our History
The South Jersey Chapter of the National Football Foundation was established in 1992 as part of the national organization’s mission to promote the values of amateur football and recognize excellence in academics, athletics, and leadership. Since its founding, the chapter has served as a connection point between high school football programs, communities, and the broader mission of the National Football Foundation.
Our Mission
Our goal is to recognize and support student-athletes who demonstrate the qualities that football helps build discipline, teamwork, perseverance, and character. By celebrating these achievements, we aim to reinforce the importance of balancing athletic performance with academic success and community involvement.
Our Regional Impact
The South Jersey Chapter proudly represents over 30 member high schools throughout Atlantic, Camden, Cape May, Cumberland, Gloucester, Ocean, Monmouth, and Salem Counties. As our chapter continues to grow, new schools join each year, expanding our ability to recognize and support outstanding student-athletes throughout the South Jersey region. Through the participation of these schools and their communities, we are able to celebrate young athletes who set an example for their teammates, classmates, and communities both on and off the field.
Continuing the Tradition
For more than three decades, the chapter has remained committed to honoring the individuals who help make high school football a positive force in our communities. Through scholarships, recognition programs, and community events, the South Jersey Chapter continues to support the next generation of leaders both on and off the field.
